In recognition of the contribution of content creators, sellers, and brands to its platform, e-commerce giant Shopee recently hosted its inaugural Shopee Creators Night.
According to Shopee, its integration of influencers into the Shopee ecosystem is rooted in its aim to improve the shopping experience for its customers.
“Influencers introduce a new level of trust and credibility to the platform, humanizing the experience and adding a relatable face to products and brands. This trust translates into heightened engagement, increased conversion rates, and ultimately, more successful transactions,” said Shopee Philippines head Vincent Lee.
Over at the Shopee app and on the various social media platforms, influencers share their favorite products, provide authentic reviews, and co-create exclusive collections.
Among Shopee’s recents efforts in relation to this is the launch of Shopee Besties, where beauty influencer Michelle Dy shared her best buys from the app.
Meanwhile, actress Dianne Medina emphasized the use of Shopee Live, noting that it allows influencers like her to “chat, laugh, and interact with my viewers in real time.”
“It’s all about that personal touch and connection that makes online shopping feel like a friendly conversation,” Medina said.
Shopee leverages these features and efforts as it rolls out its much-awaited double-digit sales campaign. During the 11.11 sale, Shopee users can enjoy free shipping with P0 minimum spend, exclusive 70% discounts, and up to 90% off on Shopee Mall Outlet Deals. One lucky Shopee user will also win P1M.
The Shopee app is available for free download from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery.
