Eligible subscribers shall receive a notification with instructions on how to avail of this special service, which allows prepaid Smart, TNT and SUN users in Marawi, as well as those who have evacuated the besieged city, to send texts and make calls to other Smart, TNT and SUN users for free.
Hoping that this allows affected residents, aid workers and response units to continuously communicate with their loved ones.
