Mobile photography enthusiasts have a new smartphone lineup to discover through the Xiaomi 14T Series which the brand recently launched in the Philippine market.
Xiaomi highlights that the new Xiaomi 14T Series carries advanced capabilities for night-time photography through an imaging technology powered by artificial intelligence.
The Xiaomi 14T Series leverages the smartphone brand’s AI LM computational photography platform based on FusionLM which enhances dynamic range and reduces noise to achieve clear images with sharp details even in environments with challenging lighting.
Through raw data produced by FusionLM, the Xiaomi 14T Series supports UltraHDR format and improves the Master Portrait mode to cover a focal range of 23mm to 75mm for added depth and a seamless bokeh effect.
These features are complemented by the triple camera system of the Xiaomi 14T Pro top-billed by its 50-megapixel main camera with the latest Leica Summilux optical lens and a large f/1.6 aperture.
With a large 1/1.31-inch sensor and a Dual Native ISO Fusion Max function, the Xiaomi 14T Pro allows 32% more light to pass through than its predecessor, eliminating the clouded effect on photos captured at night.
Meanwhile, a Sony IMX906 image sensor is among the main highlights of the triple camera system on the Xiaomi 14T. Similar to the Pro variant, the Xiaomi 14T comes with a 50-megapixel camera with a f/1.7 aperture and a Leica Summilux optical lens.
Videography is also a strong suit for the Xiaomi 14T Series as users can take advantage of its Cinematic Blur and Rack Focus functions, as well as its Director and MasterCinema modes to record high-quality clips up to 4K recording at 30fps.
Additionally, the Xiaomi 14T Series comes equipped with AI capabilities to enhance search, voice, and text, apart from photography and videography functions.
The Xiaomi 14T retails for P25,999 (12GB+256GB) and P27,999 (12GB+512GB), while the Xiaomi 14T Pro comes with a starting price of P37,999 for the online-exclusive 12GB+256GB model, P39,999 for the 12GB+512GB variant, and P41,999 for the retail store-exclusive 12GB+1TB version.
