It’s official: PLETHORA is this year’s Greenwich Ultimate Bandkada.
There’s nothing better than celebrating friendship with pizza overload! One box is never enough because in every “barkada” comes an ultimate “gutom”. Greenwich Pizza is one true Filipino pizza chain. Every Greenwich store has been every barkada’s favorite place of hangouts, and Greenwich pizza has also been the center of every barkada’s bonding. How often do you hear someone utters “Pa-pizza ka naman!”
As far as the company’s mission is to strengthen relationship through bonding and sharing over their best-tasting and best value pizzas and pasta; their success is inevitable.

The Greenwich #UltimateBandkada Search just capped-off its Second season, and welcomed the season’s winner.
The band Plethora came from a group of gentlemen from Cavite. They grew up together and shared the same fondness for music. They found the word Plethora in the dictionary and decided to go with it. They have been gracing audiences with their distinct brand of music for 15 years now. They said that they’ve gained knowledge and maturity from learning from professionals and with this, they are now more confident in themselves and in their music.
The group, composed of LJ Herrera (vocals/bass), Aldrin Isaguire (keyboardist), Jesser Pello (drums), and Andrew Isaguire (lead guitarist), won the seal of approval of the judges after their fantastic rendition of Ultimate Barkada Experience with a neoclassical metal and rock, but also a reggae and alternative twist. The group emerged as the top band among the eight finalists at the culminating event held recently at Valkyrie at The Palace in Taguig City.
“We joined because we really want to inspire, especially the youth. We want to break the stereotype – that musicians are irresponsible and do drugs. We want everyone to know that through music, you can be better, that you, too, can inspire,” LJ says.
The Greenwich Ultimate Bandkada Search Grand Face-Off began with an opening number by B-Boys, Season 1’s Champion. Greenwich kabarkada and MTV VJs Yassi Pressman and Andre Paras took center stage along with Greenwich Ultimate Bandkada Season 2 resident host, Mon Ti. Witnessing the electrifying show was a mix of music moguls, musicians, band supporters, and members of the media.
Civ Fontanilla (Viva Records Record Producer), Yumi Lacsamana (Viva Artist), Sheyee (Viva Artist), Armi Millare (Up Dharma Down Vocalist), and Denise Manahan (JB Music Marketing Manager) had the tedious task of judging the eight finalists for the night. At the end of the night, Plethora won the much-coveted title of Greenwich Ultimate Bandkada Search Season 2 Champions. They received Php100,000.00 plus prestigious recording and management contracts with VIVA records.
“We’re very happy that we took home the award. We gave our very best starting from the audition until tonight,” says LJ Herrera on their victory. ABCG came in as the second runner-up, while Happy Ending came in as the third runner-up.
Bagging more than one title that night, The Greenwich Ultimate Bandkada Search Season 2 Champions, Plethora, also took home the title of Favorite ng Barkada after they successfully earned the most number of votes from the official online poll of the competition.
