Forbsedge Celebrates Golf’s Evolution and the Future of the Sport

Forbsedge, a brand of purpose-engineered golf apparel, made its quiet Philippine debut with an intimate gathering celebrating the love of the game of golf and its ongoing evolution. By bringing together a crossover of sports-lifestyle figures and fashion authorities for cocktails over a simulated round of play, the gathering showcased how the sport is transforming—but also remaining constant.

The attendees were prominent personalities who reflect this shift in golf culture, among these were: modern golf and lifestyle creator Daniel “Didi” Peters; model and resort wear entrepreneur Patricia Henson; Cath Sobrevega, one of the local entertainment industry’s most sought-after celebrity fashion stylists; and Jesse Guerrero, an avid golfer who chronicles the modern golf experience.

While modern indoor simulators and evening cocktails underscored the reshaping of the sport’s accessibility, the presence of Orchard Golf & Country Club President TJ Benitez emphasized that the game’s core spirit remains the same. Benitez, who provided the evening’s grand prize, also acted as the unofficial golf pro at the event, as an accomplished amateur golfer himself.

Forbsedge is currently available at its flagship Philippine boutique in SM Mall of Asia, with additional dedicated retail locations scheduled to open across Metro Manila through 2027.
