The Top Employer Institute is the global authority on recognizing excellence in people practices.
The certification follows in the momentum set by the direct seller’s win at HRD Awards Asia, where Avon received regional recognition for its Best Workplace Flexibility programs.
As a certified Top Employer, Avon is recognized for its dedication to cultivating a better world of work through excellent HR policies and people practices. Only a select group of organizations are certified based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers 6 HR domains consisting of 20 topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion and more.
