Multi-brand store Corso Como 88 recently held a shopping party for a cause with proceeds from each purchase donated to the Bacoor Hope Children’s Chorus (BHCC).
The “Shop for Hope” initiative mounted in partnership with the Hope In Me Foundation and Corso Como 88 aimed to raise funds to send the BHCC to Bohol in October to participate in the Philippine International Choir Competition’s “Sing’N’Joy Bohol 2024” organized by the Interkultur Foundation of Germany.
“We are enamored by the talented children of the BHCC and it is an honor to be part of their journey,” said Corso Como 88 founder Imelda Menguito-Sciandra.
“Teaching music to underprivileged children is not just about singing, it is about giving hope and inspiration that everything is possible when you dream and work hard for your dream,” said Hope In Me Foundation founder Dr. Christina Alberto.
Established in 2008, Corso Como 88 brings luxury products from Italy and Europe to the Philippines offered at the best prices.
Its retail stores are located at the 3rd level of One Ayala Mall in Makati City and on the ground floor of Ayala Malls The 30th in Pasig City.
