Following their success in the recent UST Paskuhan last December 2015, here comes another exciting and innovative series of 3D Video Mapping presentation, also known as “spatial augmented reality”.
Scheduled to light the busy streets of Quezon City on four weekends: May 27-
28, June 3-4, June 10-11, and June 17-18 (Fridays and Saturdays), the projection
mapping activity will be witnessed at the outer part of Sunnymede IT Center Building
(outside facing Quezon Avenue) beside (Hi-Top grocery), Quezon Avenue, QC.
In this event which is another innovative form of advertising powered by
Panasonic Philippines will be the first time that a static billboard will be used as a
canvass for video mapping, which will also serve as the highlight of the event.
Last year, the concept was to impart the essence of the Christmas season as
celebrated by the Filipino family. The “Electronic Giant won the 2016 Asia-Pacific Silver Stevie Award for Innovation through the outstanding execution of the video mapping in an event. The recent success gave Panasonic group more inspiration to give back to the Filipino people and to continue to entertain them. The citation also challenged them to further explore innovations litat can raise public awareness and interest towards this latest technology.
This year, their aim is to make noise, as Panasonic Philippines sets a standand
as the newest trendsetter in digital advertising.The 3D video mapping will specifically focus on the latest air condition innovation, the “Sky Series”, featuring its air vent technology.
The new “Sky Series” mode of action dinects the airflow upwards to cool the
ceiling and walls. This is associated with the scientific concept that the hot air rises and
the cold air stays at the bottom. This will make the process of cooling enclosed areas much more efficient and revolutionary.
