If you are using GrabTaxi for the first time, you need to do the one-time activation process. 2nd, search for the drop off location and this will display the “fixed fare” and distance and you can give a tip to the driver though or provide additional info to help him locate you easier. After a minute, you will know if a GrabCar has been assigned to you and the app will display the driver’s name, picture and plate number and ETA to your location. 3rd, you can track your driver’s movement; you can also call your driver anytime for details. Last but not the least, you can always share your ride by sharing to your family and friends so they can track your taxi ride in real-time. So why wait? As a call center agent, commuting late at night is very dangerous. Way back 2008, i was held up while I am on my way to work. And you know what, Manong driver is the hold-upper himself. He took all my belongings. cellphone, wallet, jewelries and even my ATM. Along with his—who asked my PIN. They withdrew my salary leaving nothing! They dropped me off somewhere along Kalayaan Avenue.
