500 OFWs working in Singapore were treated to a one-day franchising conference during the 3rd-leg of the Smart World Negosyo Caravan last January 14, 2017 at AIA Tampines, Singapore.
Dubbed as “Be Your Own Boss”, LBC supported the event by sending in their business experts to showcase products and business solutions services that they can offer to aspiring OFW entrepreneurs.
Those who dropped by the LBC booth were also treated to LBC giveaways, discount vouchers and an entry to a grand raffle.
Several other Filipino companies featured on-ground activities, franchising opportunities, seminars and other essential tools that will help OFWs put up their own businesses in the future.
The aim of the event was to provide financial literacy for OFWs who desires to acquire an entrepreneurial mindset. All these was made possible in partnership with Smart World and Philippine Franchise Association.
