‘Dear SV,’ a public service program dedicated to highlighting Filipino resiliency through inspiring stories, has started airing on GMA-7 after its stint on CNN Philippines.
Hosted by Sam “SV” Verzosa, Dear SV also helps less fortunate individuals and communities by providing them sustainable livelihood, scholarships, employment, and financial assistance.
Versoza expressed his gratitude to GMA-7, which he said was his “first home network” that gave him the opportunity to “venture into TV hosting.”
“I’m more excited now with our new home network. This will give us more opportunities to share more inspiring stories to many Filipinos through the network’s wide reach,” he added.
“My advocacy is to help the helpless who work hard to improve their standard of living. And that’s exactly what ‘Dear SV’ stands for,” Verzosa said.
Dear SV airs every Saturday at 11:30 PM.
