Sealife 360 International Ventures Corporation recently launched a new drug for hemorrhoids treatment called Hemaway.
Hemorrhoids is a common condition that affects people of all ages and genders, usually occurring in the anal region that causes discomfort, pain, and complications if left untreated.
Hemaway, a plant-based drug, combines the functions of Diosmin and Hesperidin that are research-proven to be effective in significantly reducing hemorrhoid symptoms and preventing recurrence.
According to medical researcher, pediatrician, and epidemiologist Dr. Antonio Ligsay, hemorrhoids usually come from increased pressure in the anal region due to various activities and conditions like constrained bowel movements, obesity, pregnancy, and prolonged sitting.
Dr. Ligsay emphasized that hemorrhoids are treatable with medication, with only 10% of cases needing surgery.
“Regardless of treatment method, medical treatment is essential,” the doctor said, noting that hemorrhoids can be treated by using the right medication and implementing dietary and lifestyle changes.
Hemaway will be available exclusively through Mercury Drug stores across the country beginning in August this year.
