Lamudi recently hosted the Housing Fair event which proved to be a success as it convened key players in the property industry like agents and brokers for real estate, developers and exhibitors, as well as property seekers themselves. Held at the SM Cebu Trade Hall last September 21 and 22, the event was filled to the brim with booths and an array of activities.
The two-day fair, now on its third iteration for 2019, was targeted to provide homebuying seminars and real estate online marketing training for the interested buyers, property investors, and real estate professionals. As an added bonus, the attendees were also welcomed to booths handing out special offers and deals.
Even Lamudi, who did not want to be left out of the party, exhibited their own “Build Your Dream Home” with games in front to make sure that home-hunting for buyers can also be exciting. Lamudi also had booths for career opportunities and the latest local real estate trends in the Philippine market.
The first two housing fairs prior to this event were held at TriNoma and Glorietta. One of the headlining values of the programs are the pros and cons of specific lead generation channels and the advantage of brokers, all of whom went through the Lamudi Academy, in utilizing these channels.
Be Residences, Cebu Landmasters, Damosa Land, Inc., and Food Panda were just some of Lamudi’s exhibitors among others. Lamudi also partnered with Subdivision & Housing Developers Association, Inc. (SHDA) and was backed by major sponsor Federal Land and minor sponsors King Properties, Aboitiz Land, BPI Family Housing Loan, and DMCI Homes.
Meanwhile, the event’s fourth iteration will find its way to SM Mall of Asia on December 14 and interested property seekers, real estate agents, and brokers, still have a chance to take part of the activities.
