There’s a new Italian restaurant to try in Quezon City as Pizzeria Bosso opens its doors to serve Italian dishes infused with Japanese cuisine.
Located at 34 Sgt. Esguerra, the QC branch of Pizzeria Bosso can be accessed through the Fumizen Japanese Restaurant.
Among its must-try dishes are the wood fire oven-made 10-inch Garlic Shrimp Pizza and Truffle Pizza, Carbonara, Japanese-style Spaghetti, Truffle Chips, and Shrimp and Garlic Aioli.
Pizzeria Bosso’s dishes carry the restaurant’s rich history from its original location nearby Ichihara Lakeside Museum in Chiba, Japan overlooking Lake Takataki.
Its QC location has a special VIP room that can serve up to 10 guests with a luxurious dining experience in a setting similar to classic Italian films like The Godfather.
