E-commerce giant Shopee announced rising P-pop girl group BINI as its new brand faces alongside the reveal of its new shopping features to make its platform more convenient for Gen Zs.
Shopee highlighted how BINI mirrors what matters most to the young generation of shoppers: authenticity, social connectivity, and individuality.
A recent study by Shopee in collaboration with international market research firm Kantar revealed that Gen Zs conduct significant research and consider quality assurance before purchasing items online.
Addressing this, Shopee rolled out new innovations including the COD Unbox: Return on the Spot which allows customers to open and inspect parcels upon delivery and return it immediately to the rider in case of order issues.
Shopee also improved its return and refund policy, eliminating the need for buyers to contact sellers for order return concerns. Its Return/Refund feature provides more buyer convenience as Shopee will handle related requests.
Plus, a Change of Mind function gives Shopee customers the freedom to return an item in case it doesn’t suit their needs.
With the On-Time Delivery service, Shopee promises timely arrivals for users’ orders. Late deliveries come with free discount vouchers.
