Metro Pacific Investments Corporation subsidiary real estate developer Landco Pacific Corporation received an “Amazing Workplace” certification, the first recognition of its kind in the Philippines.
The certification was awarded by Amazing Workplaces, an international integrated HR platform for employer branding.
Landco Pacific attributed the award to its human resources and internal operations staff behind the success of its latest premium resort and leisure developments.
“Our workplace culture at Landco Pacific Corporation thrives on collaboration, support, and camaraderie to drive collective success,” said Landco Pacific president and CEO Erickson Y. Manzano.
“Great ideas and solutions to challenges come from our employees from all levels,” he said, adding that their new projects are fueled by insights from employees across the ranks.
Echoing this, Landco Pacific Corporation chief finance officer Marycris L. Panganiban said that the company’s ‘Amazing Workplace’ certification is a testament to how it achieves employee satisfaction and fiscal responsibility.
“We recognize that a positive work environment is integral to achieving our corporate objectives, as it fosters productivity, innovation, and long-term stability,” she said.
Part of the certification process is an Employee Happiness Survey that measures satisfaction in terms of engagement, leadership, culture, productivity, job, pay & benefits, workplace, and more.
More than 85 percent of Landco Pacific employees anonymously surveyed shared that they are “happy” or “very happy” working for the company.
