E-commerce giant Shopee recently hosted a forum to help sellers and content creators maximize the platform’s key engagement features to boost their entrepreneurial reach and skills.
Among the highlights of the forum is the Shopee Live platform which sellers and content creators can use to connect with audiences in a more interactive way while showcasing products.
According to Shopee Philippines head Vincent Lee, Shopee Live, launched in 2019, is the company’s answer to the constantly evolving ways that people sell and shop.
“Shopee aims to be at the forefront of that with Shopee Live, where we integrate entertaining content with seamless and rewarding shopping experiences our platform is known for,” Lee added.
Vouching for the effectiveness of Shopee Live, Crocs Philippines president Mark Christian Chan said that the Shopee feature boosts their conversion efforts and traffic-driving executions.
“Over the years we have been in Shopee, we have accumulated a sizable number of followers, currently at 1.4 million,” he added.
Another effort of Shopee Philippines is its affiliate program where sellers and content creators collaborate for a commission-based system.
“The program fosters a mutually beneficial relationship where sellers and creators can grow together. It encourages innovation in marketing strategies and opens up endless opportunities for partnerships in the digital realm,” said Shopee.

Shopee encourages the use of its features, especially with the 10.10 Brand Festival just around the corner. Under this celebration, Shopee will be offering various discounts and deals including free shipping with P0 minimum spend, 70% off on Shopee Live purchases, 50% off on fashion and beauty brands, and other exciting offers on Shopee Mall.
